Freezing policy

We know life can get busy, whether you're recovering from something, travelling, or just need time off. That’s why E30 offers flexible freezing options for selected memberships.
1. Who can freeze their membership?
Freezing is available for these active auto-renewing plans:

E30 STRONG (12-month plan)

E30 EVOLVE (6-month plan)
-
E30 KICKSTART (3-month plan)

2. How much time can I freeze for free?
Each plan includes complimentary freeze time:

E30 STRONG: Up to 8 weeks per year

E30 EVOLVE: Up to 4 weeks per 6 months

E30 KICKSTART: Up to 2 weeks per 3 months

3. Need more time?
You can extend your freeze at RM25 per week.
Important: Freezing must be in 7-day blocks
All freezing is done in weekly blocks (7 consecutive days). Freezing for 1 or 2 days is not allowed.
4. Valid reasons for freezing?
To keep things fair, freezing is only approved for the following situations:

Medical or injury (with a doctor’s letter)

Travel (with proof like flight or hotel bookings)

Pregnancy

Special cases (reviewed by our team)​

5. How to submit a freeze request?

Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance

Your membership will be extended based on the freeze period

Freezing is not available for E30 EXPRESS, ONE MONTH PASS, or 10-CREDIT PASS
